We are providing strategic advisory and project management support for AM Batteries as they plan for a future expansion facility to scale up production, combining manufacturing and production in a single building. Simultaneously, we are managing upgrades at their existing facility, a heavy power user, requiring significant electrical service upgrades, new distribution panels, and specialty transformers to meet required voltages. The project also involves coordinating around long lead times for dehumidification units, chillers, and electrical gear, ensuring seamless integration with ongoing operations.

As the building is currently occupied, careful planning and logistics coordination are crucial to minimizing disruptions while product development and testing continue.
