  • Responsibilities

    • Responsible for leading and delivering client’s most complex Life Science projects within budget, on schedule, and to the client's satisfaction

    • Assumes lead role in project oversight including Owner relations, design, construction, FF&E procurement and installation, move and operational startup support

    • Develop project budget and schedule and oversee the strategy and execution through completion of construction and operational startup

    • Provide overall management of financial aspects of project including cost reporting, forecasting, requisition review and change order oversight

    • Focus on the client experience by providing innovative and collaborative solutions to conflicting priorities

    • Manage client and vendor relationships that will allow for seamless conflict resolution, account maintenance, and overall development of client relationships

  • Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities

    • Work cross functionally to build world-class operations infra-structure with scalable programs

    • Member of Safety Team

    • Oversee lab asset management, equipment repair, and maintenance needs

    • Service contract review and management to maintain equipment service schedules

    • Ensure regulated and qualified equipment compliance

    • Perform daily lab walk-throughs to identify issues and coordinate corrective actions

    • Ensure that the labs are clean and maintained according to industry best practices

    • Provide guidance on findings from monthly lab inspections, promoting constant improvement

    • Author and contribute to operational procedures

    • Coordinate with facilities management to ensure compliance and appropriate environment

    • Oversee lab support functions and equipment including:

    • Buffer prep
    • Autoclave and glass wash
    • Lab consumables
    • Lab alarm response and management
    • Biological safety cabinets and fume hoods
    • Power management and continuity
    • Optimizing lab space
    • Maintain safety data sheets database

  • Responsibilities

    • Provide due diligence to the Life Science and Tough Technology team on clients’ science, R&D, technology, and potential real estate concerns and needs

    • Act as the Clients’ operational sponsor throughout the real estate process including discovery meetings, site tours, fit plans, etc.

    • Manage vendor relationships and participate in fit plan design and development with building owners, architects, and engineers

    • Provide assessments on operational efficiency with recommendations for improvement

    • Assist Clients with the development of Equipment Matrices and Lab/Facility Programs

    • Direct and manage relocation projects
