Dragonfly Therapeutics

The project involved the construction of a 150,000 SF, multi-story headquarters within a new life science development, featuring cutting-edge lab and incubator spaces, as well as a state-of-the-art vivarium. It also included the consolidation and relocation of multiple laboratory facilities to support the client’s ongoing groundbreaking research and innovation in the life sciences industry.

The client’s lab operations facilities required extremely precise control over environmental factors such as air quality, humidity, temperature, and pressure. Meeting these stringent standards was technically complex and required highly specialized HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems to ensure appropriate filtration, temperature control, and pressure differentials were maintained. Sterilization and containment were also a primary concern issue due to the anticipated use of hazardous materials and pathogens  which required specialized containment systems.

The project was completed  on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to  the client’s ongoing activities. The consolidation of all operation to the new facility resulted in a cutting-edge environment allowing the client to foster their groundbreaking research and innovation safely and effectively.
