We completed a 9,000 SF renovation for an innovative medical device company specializing in analytical instruments that measure molecular mass. The project included upgrading existing BSL-1 and BSL-2 lab spaces with laser safety specifications, new workbenches, advanced laser safety systems, and enhanced gas and MEP systems.

The office space was also transformed, featuring an open workspace, an upgraded café, and a large conference room with a demountable glass partition. Working in an occupied building with multiple existing tenants required careful coordination to minimize disruptions and ensure that construction proceeded smoothly without impacting neighboring operations. The project was completed on time and within budget, creating a state-of-the-art facility for both lab work and corporate collaboration.
