Our team successfully completed a multi-phased consolidation of an existing 700,000 SF campus into a streamlined 250,000 SF facility, designed to support advanced manufacturing and new aerospace and government weapon systems programs. The project aimed to enhance production and productivity by creating a more efficient space tailored to the specific needs of the client.

Building multiple program/ use type areas within classified environments(Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) was an exceptionally challenging task due to the stringent security and compliance requirements. Every aspect of the design and construction process, from materials selection to architectural layout, must be meticulously planned and executed to ensure there are no vulnerabilities. This process included implementing specialized soundproofing, secure communications, access controls, and surveillance systems, all of which must be integrated without compromising the facility's operational functionality.

The result was a state-of-the-art facility that not only met the client’s specific program needs but also enhanced the overall efficiency and productivity of the manufacturing operations. The project was completed on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to the client’s ongoing activities.
