OBJECTIVE
The project involved the construction of a 150,000 SF, multi-story
headquarters within a new life science development, combining
dynamic office environments with state-of-the-art laboratory
facilities. Designed as a 50/50 lab and office space, the new
headquarters consolidates Dragonfly Therapeutics’ operations
under one roof supporting both groundbreaking research and the
collaborative work that drives it. The office floors feature open,
light-filled layouts that promote transparency, movement, and
cross-disciplinary interaction, with flexible work zones and shared
meeting spaces designed to foster innovation and teamwork.
CHALLENGE
Delivering a modern, open office environment alongside technically
demanding lab areas required careful system integration.
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were engineered to
balance lab precision with the comfort, efficiency, and acoustics
expected of a high-performing workplace.
OUTCOME
The result was a cohesive, light-filled environment that promotes transparency, connection, and productivity. Completed on time and within budget, the new headquarters provides a flexible, future ready workplace that strengthens collaboration and supports Dragonfly’s mission to advance cancer research.
